Refund policy
Cancellations. You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it ships.
14-day returns. You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, you have until the next business day.
Condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to start a return.

- If you checked out with only a phone number, use the link in your SMS order confirmation, or

Please contact us before sending anything back. We’ll reply with return instructions.

Return shipping. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer for all returns. We recommend a tracked service.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. Once we confirm the problem, we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Exchanges. For a different size, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
